Fulfilment, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is wrong, we are here to help.

 

1. Order processing and fulfilment

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, though some may take a little longer if we are working or travelling. If your order is time sensitive, please check with us first. International orders may take 2 weeks or more to arrive.

 

2. Cancellation

Orders for physical products can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched. After that, cancellation depends on circumstances. Digital products cannot be cancelled, as they are available immediately upon purchase.

 

3. The nature of what you are buying

Magic products are unusual. The primary value lies in the secret method, and many of our products also include instructional material, downloads, or a unique license code that activates an accompanying app. Because the method and any code are accessible as soon as the product is received, this policy sets out a specific process for resolving any issue fairly while protecting that value.

Under UK consumer law you normally have the right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days. This right does not apply once the secret method, instructional material, or a license code has been accessed, as the intellectual content has effectively been consumed. For this reason, change of mind returns cannot be accepted once a product carrying a secret, teaching material, or a license code has been received.

 

4. Your statutory rights

Your rights are fully protected if an item is faulty, not as described, arrives damaged, or is the wrong item. In these cases you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we will resolve the matter by repair, replacement, or refund.

5. How damage and fault claims are handled

Where a product includes a secret method, instructional material, or a license code, the following process applies to any claim of damage or fault:

  • You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • You must provide clear photographic proof of the damage or fault.
  • The item must be returned to us in the condition it was received, including all components and packaging.

Where a product includes a license code, that code must not have been activated. Once a license code has been activated, the product is considered used and no refund can be given, as the method and the app access have been consumed. In these cases a replacement may still be offered for a genuine fault or damage.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will provide a replacement or, where appropriate, a refund. Our preferred remedy for a damaged item is a free replacement so you receive the product in the condition intended. A refund will be issued where a replacement is not possible or where the law otherwise requires it.

If the returned item shows no fault, we reserve the right to decline a refund and to offer a replacement or repair instead, as permitted under consumer law.

 

6. Physical products

All sales are final unless the product is defective. Refunds for physical products are not typically offered but may be granted at our discretion. To be considered, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once received and inspected we will notify you of approval or rejection.

 

7. Digital and non refundable products

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital sales are final. Refunds cannot be offered once a digital item has been downloaded or accessed, unless required by law. The following are non refundable in all cases except genuine fault: downloadable digital products, personalised or custom made items, and any product where the secret or instructional material has been accessed or the license code has been activated.

 

8. How to request a refund or return

Email us with your order number and reason. Response times may vary due to message volume, but we will always come back to you.
